Frederick August Mischbaugh

Augusta Mischbaugh was the son of Unknown and Unknown. He was born in January around 1825 and 1829 in Darmstadt, Germany. His parents were born in Germany as well. His brother was Austin Mischbaugh. He was married to Christena Michalk.

Herman Weschalk appeared before Alderman Porter yesterday and entered suit against Austin and August Mischbaugh for assault and battery and felonious shooting.

The parties reside in Bellevue, and the allegations are that when the prosecutor went to call on the daughter of Austin Mischbaugh he was assaulted, kicked from the house and pistol shots fired at hm. The defendants were arrested and held for a hearing on Monday.
