Elmo Gandy (1909-1973)

Elmo Gandy was the son of Robert Gandy and Iowa Allen.  He was born on 21 Jan 1909 in Texas and died on 28 Sep 1973 in Kerr County, Texas.  He married Fannie Lawlis Hancock on 5 May 1929.
