Fred Clarence Clark (1891-1964)

Fred Clarence Clark was the son of William C. Clark and Anna M. Thompson.  He was born on 14 February 1891 in Phoenix, Arizona and died on 5 May 1964 in California.  Another record shows he may have been born in Arkansas.  If this is the case, then William C. Clark and Anna M. Thompson may not be his parents. On 18 April 1917, Fred married Helen M. Mischbaugh in Phoenix, Arizona.  Witnesses to the marriage were W. R. Mishbaugh, Helen's brother and her mother Mrs. J. L. Dillon.  Helen and Fred had no children.

In the 1900 and 1910 U.S. Federal Census, Helen was living with her parents in Ben Avon Borough, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.  Between 1910 and 1917, it appears that Helen and her family had moved from Pennsylvania to Arizona.  In the 1920 U. S. Federal Census, it appears that Helen and Fred had moved to Los Angeles, California.  In August 27, 1927, they had moved to Saugus, California.  The 1930 U. S. Census shows them living in Antelope, Los Angeles County, California on Flower Street where they were renting.  On 20 December 1940, they are living in Bishop, Inyo County, California, where Fred remained until his death in 1964.  His last known address was 406 E. Line Street, Bishop, California.
